Job Summary
Support the General Manager in overseeing store operations, developing hourly associates, and ensuring profitability. Supervise daily task assignments, coordinate schedules, and manage team training while maintaining a clean, well-stocked environment. Respond to customer inquiries, process invoices, prepare deposits, and conduct periodic inventories. Adhere to all safety, security, and regulatory policies, including age verification for restricted sales. Work all shifts including weekends and holidays on an alternating basis with the General Manager. Maintain punctuality, professional appearance, and leadership qualities to implement solutions for store challenges.

- Ability to perform tasks in all areas of the store which may include exposure to the cold while working in the cooler/freezer and while maintaining the parking lot and exterior of the store's perimeter
