Assistant Manager

Manage marketing programs and analyze store sales data to establish performance standards and detect trends. Direct and supervise Sales Clerks, helpers, and trainees while training disabled workers for competitive industry roles. Maintain store cleanliness, organize merchandise, and process cash registers to expedite transactions. Resolve customer complaints and promote the Goodwill mission through effective communication. Monitor safety conditions, report incidents, and ensure fire safety procedures are followed. Prepare daily sales reports, make bank deposits, and schedule staff within organizational policy.
