Job Summary
Assist store manager in the efficient operation of a retail store; maintain excellent customer relations; plan merchandising systems, displays, and promotions; support cash control, security, and safety of employees, property, and assets; lead and supervise staff, provide training when directed, and assign duties in the manager’s absence; ensure timely completion of financial paperwork, bank deposits, and reporting; enforce store policies and procedures; maintain proper housekeeping and safety; travel daily to designated bank deposits with own transportation; require accompaniment by another Goodwill employee when necessary; support incident and warning documentation as needed; perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous cashiering and supervisory experience
- Management and customer relations skills
Additional Requirements
- Must have own transportation and valid driver’s license
