Job Summary
Oversee a Goodwill retail store within policy; recruit, train, and supervise retail team members; delegate tasks; administer discipline as needed; create work schedules to optimize customer service, merchandise presentation, store security, and expense control; order merchandise; maintain sales records and bank deposits; plan attractive merchandise displays; participate in marketing and sales meetings; maintain a clean and neat store; travel or relocate as needed; must be able to stand for long periods and lift over 40 pounds; exposure to inclement weather and potential for handling varied merchandise.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Two years of experience in a management/supervisory position
