Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager responsibilities include providing leadership and direction to staff, donors, and customers; overseeing personnel and daily operations to meet production, quality, and sales goals; ensuring consistent application of store policies and procedures; delivering customer-focused service; and growing leadership skills while contributing to community impact. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of management experience; retail experience is preferred. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability and local travel may be required. External pay range: $18.08-$19.16 per hour.
