Assistant Manager

Assistant Store Manager to assist the Store Manager in daily operations of the retail store/outlet, using leadership and interpersonal skills to achieve sales expectations and deliver customer-focused service. Responsibilities include providing direction to staff, program participants, donors, and customers to meet production and quality goals, ensuring efficient store operations, enforcing retail policies, and maintaining a positive internal/external appearance. Requires strong oral/written communication, organizational, management, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and customer service. This is a full-time role with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; local travel may be required. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent and 1 year of management experience. Location: Gibsonia, PA. External Hiring Range: $18.08-$19.16/hour.
