Job Summary
Assist Store Manager in overseeing a Goodwill retail store, ensuring alignment with agency policy and mission. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, and supervising retail team members; delegating tasks; administering discipline; creating work schedules to optimize customer service, merchandise presentation, store security, and expense control; ordering merchandise; maintaining sales records and bank deposits; planning attractive displays; participating in marketing and sales meetings; and maintaining a clean, well-organized store. Requires willingness to travel or relocate, ability to lift over 40 pounds, and availability to work day, evening, and weekend shifts.
