Job Summary
Assist in leading a 10-15 person team at a fast-paced outdoor car wash environment. Provide an exceptional guest experience through quality and friendly service, support training and development of employees at every position, assist with limited administrative tasks and equipment checks, and maintain a clean, organized facility. Role involves leadership responsibilities, scheduling (35-45 hours/week), and ensuring safety and operational efficiency. Requires 2+ years of leadership experience, problem-solving skills, mechanical inclination (preferred), ability to work outdoors in varying weather, and availability for evenings/weekends.
