Job Summary
Assist in leading park operations and managing staff at Get Air Victorville. Support in training employees, meeting KPIs to increase profitability, maintaining equipment/building, inventory control, handling customer service issues, controlling park expenses, and engaging with the community to market the business. Must be able to work nights, weekends, and some holidays; physical requirements include standing/walking for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds. Ideal candidates have supervisory/management experience and strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills. Required Qualifications
