Assistant Manager - G2G

Assume all store manager responsibilities when the manager is absent, including building sales, managing inventory and labor, scheduling shifts, cash management, and logging maintenance issues. Lead the team to ensure mission, vision, and core values are followed while coaching, training, and assessing staff. Act as a CSR, cook, or any position as needed, maintain presentation standards, and guarantee promo periods, displays, and planograms are followed. Deliver high-quality food by adhering to the playbook, ensure company safety and EPA compliance, and handle new hire paperwork. Cover additional shifts if coordination with the team is unable. Work primarily in a retail store environment, frequently around fuel pumps, moving vehicles, and outside grounds in varying temperatures. Stand for extended periods, move freely inside and outside, climb stairs and ladders, and lift up to 25 lbs. Travel approximately 5-10% of the time.
