Job Summary
Plan and execute mobilization activities for FFSC training, apprenticeship, and placement programs to achieve candidate-enrolment targets. Conduct counseling sessions, organize industry visits, and coordinate on-the-job training opportunities to provide students with practical exposure and career guidance. Manage placement drives and apprenticeship coordination by shortlisting candidates, facilitating interviews, and tracking employment transitions. Pitch customized training programs to stakeholders and build relationships with educational institutions and industry establishments. Collaborate with internal leadership and external partners to align performance goals and drive workforce development initiatives across the furniture and interior sectors.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in talent management, talent acquisition, or learning and development
- Experience in preparing KRAs and KPIs to ensure alignment of employee performance with organizational goals
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, talent management, and L&D principles
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in HR software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and learning management systems (LMS)
- Knowledge of recruitment strategies, talent management frameworks
- Familiarity with training evaluation methods relevant to the industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
