Job Summary
Assistant Manager, Fund Accounting: serve as ultimate technical authority on complex fund accounting, provide final review of sophisticated deliverables, drive technical excellence and innovation in accounting processes, lead development of technical standards within the team, ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP and regulatory requirements, and guide client-specific information across fund products. Role includes reviewing NAV calculations, capital calls, distributions, investor communications, documenting exceptions, coordinating with cluster partners, coaching and developing team members, and staying updated on new methodologies. Hybrid work arrangement in Pasig City, Metro Manila, PH.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA or equivalent certification (preferred)
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, 4 years in corporate accounting
