Job Summary
Assist in reviewing and/or preparing NAV and Financial Statements for private equity funds, including recording journal entries, and managing monthly/quarterly/annual reporting. Lead and develop a team to deliver accurate, timely outputs; review complex deliverables such as financial statements, working papers, partner statements, and investor notices. Facilitate onboarding of new private equity funds in Investran/Paxus; drive KPI-focused improvements (quality, timeliness, productivity) and reduce overtime. Liaise with cluster counterparts, ensure SSAE/compliance, and provide coaching to staff while aligning with client requirements and SLAs. Requires knowledge of fund accounting platforms, ability to review and approve reports, and effective stakeholder communication; open to travel and secondments abroad.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of accounting or any business-related course
- Experience with private equity fund accounting
- Onboarding and review of complex reporting requirements
- Knowledge of IndAS, IFRS and GAAPs
- Experience using Investran/Paxus
- Supervisory experience (2+ years)
- Fluency in English and another foreign language
- Strong Excel skills
- Effective written and verbal communication
