Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager at Scrubs & Beyond to support the Store Manager in driving store performance and delivering an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities span scheduling, customer service, marketing, merchandising, inventory management, financial reporting, and safety; lead and mentor staff; develop strategies to grow sales and market share; manage budgets and payroll; foster relationships with local healthcare providers; maintain strong visual merchandising and uphold core values.
Required Qualifications
- Possess in-depth retail expertise
- Have at least 2-4 years of retail or sales experience in a leadership capacity or relevant experience
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding personal and overall store sales targets
- Able to quickly understand and address business information (e.g., budgets and sales forecasts, retail strategy and approaches)
- Can work a flexible schedule according to the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- FT 32-40 hours weekly
