Job Summary
Assist Store Manager in driving overall store performance and guest experience for Scrubs & Beyond. Lead, mentor, and motivate store employees; manage scheduling, customer service, merchandising, inventory management, financial reporting, and safety protocols. Develop strategies to achieve business goals, boost sales, and expand market share by selling to group accounts and retail customers. Maintain strong visual merchandising standards, foster learning and development, coach and train team members in the absence of the Store Manager, and lead with core values to sustain a high-performance culture.
Required Qualifications
- Possess in-depth retail expertise
- Have at least 2-4 years of retail or sales experience in a leadership capacity or relevant experience
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding personal and overall store sales targets
- Able to quickly understand and address business information (e.g., budgets and sales forecasts, retail strategy and approaches)
- Can work a flexible schedule according to the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- FT 32-40 hours weekly
