Job Summary
Drive business results by analyzing trends, maximizing daily sales, and developing team members to achieve store objectives. Manage expense budgets, payroll, and safety protocols in partnership with the Store Manager, while establishing relationships with local healthcare providers and retail customers. Lead the sales floor to model optimal selling behaviors, execute visual merchandising standards, and act as the primary leader when the Store Manager is unavailable. Mentor employees through regular feedback and performance management, ensuring adherence to the Kindthread Core Values and fostering a high-performance culture. Work a flexible full-time schedule of 32-40 hours weekly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to support continuous learning and market expansion.
Required Qualifications
- in-depth retail expertise
- at least 2-4 years of retail or sales experience in a leadership capacity or relevant experience
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding personal and overall store sales targets
- Able to quickly understand and address business information (e.g., budgets and sales forecasts, retail strategy and approaches)
- Can work a flexible schedule according to the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- FT 32-40 hours weekly
- Constantly standing and walking
- Constantly reaching, pushing, pulling, grasping
- Frequently stooping, kneeling, crouching
- Frequently lifting up to 20 pounds and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds
- Occasionally climbing and descending ladders and step stools
