Job Summary
Assist Store Manager to drive store performance and guest experience by leading store operations on scheduling, customer service, marketing, merchandising, inventory management, financial reporting, and safety. Mentor and motivate team members, develop strategies to achieve business goals, and grow sales with group accounts and retail customers. Build strong relationships with local healthcare providers, maintain exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor, and uphold visual merchandising standards. In absence of the Store Manager, assume leadership responsibilities, coach and train staff, and promote a high-performance culture aligned with Kindthread Core Values.
Required Qualifications
- Possess in-depth retail expertise
- Have at least 2-4 years of retail or sales experience in a leadership capacity or relevant experience
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding personal and overall store sales targets
- Able to work a flexible schedule according to the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- FT 32-40 hours weekly
