Assistant Manager-Full time-Cosmetic Company Store- The Outlets of the Bluegrass, Simpsonville, KY

Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading, coaching and developing a team of Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets. Requires proven supervisory experience, coaching ability, and retail operations skills in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include driving sales, delivering authentic customer service, managing retail operations (inventory, cash reconciliation), and utilizing retail POS software and MS Office. Must be able to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events. Retail cosmetics experience and ability to mentor others are preferred.
