Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager at Scrubs & Beyond supporting the Store Manager in driving store performance and delivering an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities cover scheduling, customer service, marketing, merchandising, inventory management, financial reporting, and safety protocols. Lead, mentor, and motivate store employees; develop strategies to achieve business goals and boost sales; expand market share by selling to group accounts and retail customers. Key activities include analyzing trends to maximize daily sales, managing budgets and payroll, maintaining relationships with local healthcare providers, modeling optimal selling behaviors on the sales floor, providing regular feedback and performance management, stepping in for the Store Manager as needed, and executing strong visual merchandising while upholding the company’s core values.
Required Qualifications
- Possess in-depth retail expertise
- Have at least 2-4 years of retail or sales experience in a leadership capacity or relevant experience
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding personal and overall store sales targets
- Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- FT 32-40 hours weekly
