Assistant Manager - Full-time

Operate the store independently by increasing sales performance, providing excellent customer service, and directing sales and cashier associates. Manage daily functions including opening and closing, merchandising, setting promotional signage, receiving shipments, and maintaining a fully stocked sales floor. Oversee footwear and advertising programs while enforcing loss prevention policies, conducting inventory control, and coaching employees. Train newly hired associates, assist in hiring and scheduling, and develop future management candidates. This role offers a path to higher management positions with a well-defined training program.
