Job Summary
Lead the day-shift floor across kitting, picking, packing, SLUs, and drivers while managing 60+ team members. Provide direct, in-person leadership, coach staff, and roll out new processes to maintain high-volume standards. Own shift handoffs with both gaining and losing teams to ensure seamless coverage. Optimize workflows, track KPIs, and enforce safety protocols to drive efficiency and reduce waste. Work onsite Monday through Thursday from 7:00am to 5:30pm, averaging 10,000+ steps per day with extended standing and lifting duties.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of management experience
- at least 3 years managing or supervising teams in a warehouse environment
- comfortable directing multiple active workflows at once
- implementing efficient processes

- holding standards steady under pressure
- support operational success in high-growth or fast-paced environments
- coaching, mentoring, and building a collaborative, accountable team
- Warehouse management systems (WMS)

- build strong relationships across shifts
- keep everyone aligned on priorities, especially at handoff
- Stand and walk for extended periods (up to 10-12 hours per shift) with scheduled breaks
- Walk the floor extensively, averaging 10,000+ steps per day
- Lift and move items up to 20 lbs regularly throughout the shift
- Frequent pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, and repetitive motion
- Monday through Thursday, core hours 7:00am to 5:30pm
