Job Summary
As Assistant Manager, oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and meet standards to ensure customer satisfaction. Lead shift managers and team members, handle scheduling and deployment, supervise employees, train new hires, and address performance issues. Maintain strong food-safety practices, manage inventory and policy execution, optimize profitability, and generate financial reporting. Focus on developing a strong team that delivers great food and a friendly dining experience, with emphasis on leadership, communication, and people development.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-4 years supervisory experience in fast food/quick service restaurant/food service or retail with Profit and Loss responsibility
- Basic personal computer literacy
- Must pass background check criteria and drug test
- Must have reliable transportation
- Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs
