Job Summary
Assistant Residential Manager to oversee operation of the IRA/ICF serving individuals with developmental disabilities. Under direct supervision, responsibilities include supervising Direct Support professionals, ensuring program compliance and records accuracy, coordinating services (day treatment, medical, psychiatric, financial), preparing for External DQI audits, supervising medication protocols with RN/LPN, conducting and documenting staff meetings, developing Residential Habilitation Plans/LRO/SRO with Case Manager/QIDP, implementing Behavior Plans with BIS collaboration, utilizing Precision Care for documentation, managing staff trainings and onboarding, participating in admissions/discharges, coordinating meals and menu planning, and representing the agency to providers and community groups. Requires problem solving, crisis management, and effective communication; flexible schedule to deploy to sites as needed; strong organizational and time-management skills.
Required Qualifications
- A H.S Diploma with at least 1 year of experience working with the Developmentally Disabled population
- Graduate from an accredited college or university with a degree in the field of human services (preferred)
