Job Summary
Assistant Manager at FullSpeed Automotive supports senior leadership to ensure high operational standards and outstanding customer experience. Responsible for meeting sales goals, controlling costs, managing profitability, training and developing Center team members, maintaining workplace safety and maintenance standards, and fostering a culture of teamwork and customer service. Key duties include engaging customers, attracting local fleet business, achieving daily sales goals through vehicle health checks and standardized tools, scheduling and performance planning, overseeing daily operations, service bay organization, inventory management, and ensuring safety protocols per OSHA. Strong emphasis on professional communication, technology proficiency, adaptability to the automotive service industry, and ensuring world-class customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Driver’s License
- Successful results of a background check
- Must be able to lift over 40 pounds on a regular basis
- Must be able to bend over, reach up or down and stand for many hours at a time
- State inspector or emissions certifications for your State is a plus
- Ability to work mechanical jobs as assigned is highly preferred
- Pit Crew Certified (internal candidates)
