Job Summary
Engage customers by building relationships and manage local fleet businesses while meeting daily sales goals through accurate vehicle health checks. Assist in overseeing daily operations, including service bay organization, store readiness, inventory management, and completing computerized work schedules. Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a secure workplace, monitor security measures to protect assets, and ensure compliance with environmental and employment standards. Train team members to remain technically proficient while delivering exceptional customer experiences with honesty and integrity. Adapt to changing industry demands and deliver results by doing more for the customer and your team.
Required Qualifications
- Driver's License
- Successful results of a background check
- Must be able to lift over 40(forty) pounds on a regular basis
- Must be able to bend over, reach up or down and stand for many hours at a time
Desired Qualifications
- Preferably at least 1 full year in Automotive Retail Leadership and in leading and training people
- State inspector or emissions certifications for your State is a plus
- Ability to work mechanical jobs as assigned is highly preferred
