Job Summary
Assistant Manager at a FullSpeed Automotive facility responsible for supporting senior leadership in delivering top operational standards and customer experience. Key duties include driving customer engagement, achieving sales goals, managing costs and profitability, ensuring team training and technical proficiency, maintaining safety and maintenance standards, overseeing daily operations and inventory, scheduling and performance planning, and upholding security and OSHA compliance. Demonstrates leadership, communication, problem-solving, and a customer-focused mindset, with the ability to adapt to the evolving automotive service environment and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Driver’s License
- Successful results of a background check
- Must be able to lift over 40 pounds on a regular basis
- Must be able to bend over, reach up or down and stand for many hours at a time
- State inspector or emissions certifications for your State is a plus
- Ability to work mechanical jobs as assigned is highly preferred
- Pit Crew Certified (internal candidates)
