Job Summary
Assistant Manager – Business Services leads a team of agents and team leaders to improve efficiencies in meeting WM compliance standards. Responsibilities include identifying steps to implement and test improvement opportunities, monitoring performance metrics, tracking and closing complaints, effectively managing contact center operations, identifying and implementing training needs, managing shift operations, preparing work/manpower schedules with contingency plans, interfacing with IT, HR, Training and Quality as needed, and collating data to generate MIS reports. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree (or in lieu of degree) and 4 years of relevant experience, plus 5 years of experience managing and/or leading in a Contact Center environment. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (accredited) or in lieu of degree
- 4 years of work experience with High School Diploma or GED
- 5 years of relevant experience managing and/or leading in a Contact Center team environment
