Assistant Manager: Freight Flow

Job Summary
Lead store logistics and freight flow processes in partnership with the Store Manager to drive sales, profitability, and productivity. Utilize company tools to ensure the team adheres to visual execution standards, stocking routines, and loss prevention policies. Coordinate freight processing, maintain stockroom organization, and analyze business trends to problem-solve opportunities. Execute daily business priorities and manage operations in the absence of the Store Manager while fostering a safe work environment through ongoing safety training. Requires minimum 2+ years of leadership experience and ability to work flexible schedules including nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Age: 21 years
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, overnights, weekends and holidays, depending upon the needs of the business
- Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, climb ladders, and lift up to 40 lbs. as needed
- Full time and Part time associates are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) retirement savings plan after three (3) months of service
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of relevant leadership experience in a fast-paced specialty retail selling culture is preferred
