Job Summary
Lead sales and profitability while executing daily freight flow processes, visual standards, and stocking routines in partnership with the Store Manager. Coordinate freight processing, validate loss prevention policies, and maintain stockroom organization. Analyze business trends to problem-solve opportunities and foster a safe work environment through ongoing safety training. Plan and execute assigned duties during the Store Manager's absence. Requires minimum 2+ years of leadership experience and ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Age: 21 years
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, overnights, weekends and holidays, depending upon the needs of the business
- Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, climb ladders, and lift up to 40 lbs. as needed
- Proven experience delivering results, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills, being open to feedback, and the ability to adapt quickly
- Ability to provide in the moment coaching to associates
- Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations effectively
- Ability to plan and prioritize according to the needs of the business
- Strong sense of urgency

Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of relevant leadership experience in a fast-paced specialty retail selling culture is preferred
