Job Summary
Lead the store logistic processes and freight flow operations in partnership with the Store Manager to drive sales, profitability, and productivity goals. Utilize company tools to ensure the team adheres to visual execution standards, stocking routines, and Loss Prevention policies while maintaining stockroom organization. Coordinate freight processing plans and analyze business trends using available reporting to problem-solve opportunities and execute assigned daily tasks. Maintain a safe work environment through ongoing safety training and exemplify World Market's culture and values. Requires flexible scheduling including nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays; full-time or part-time eligibility with benefits starting after 30 days of continuous employment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Age: 21 years
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, overnights, weekends and holidays, depending upon the needs of the business
- Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, climb ladders, and lift up to 40 lbs. as needed
- Full time and Part time associates are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) retirement savings plan after three (3) months of service
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of relevant leadership experience in a fast-paced specialty retail selling culture is preferred
