Job Summary
Support the General Manager in coaching, training, and developing team members while leading by example during shifts to demonstrate service, efficiency, and adherence to standards. Assist in managing daily operations including staffing, scheduling, food safety, cash handling, inventory control, and food cost tracking. Monitor team productivity, ensure compliance with brand standards, and analyze P&L statements and key performance metrics. Deliver exceptional guest service with speed and accuracy, address concerns promptly, and promote guest engagement and loyalty programs. Work 35+ hours per week with flexible availability including nights and weekends, capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 35 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of restaurant experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to work 35+ hours per week with flexible availability, including nights and weekends
- Capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 35 lbs
- Comfortable using POS systems
- Basic skills in spreadsheets, digital checklists, and restaurant management tools
Desired Qualifications
- Prior supervisory or shift lead experience
- College coursework in hospitality or business
- Previous AGM experience
- Eagerness to grow into a leadership role
