Job Summary
Support the General Manager in coaching, training, and developing team members while leading by example during shifts to demonstrate service, efficiency, and adherence to standards. Assist in managing daily operations including staffing, scheduling, food safety, cash handling, inventory control, and loss prevention. Monitor team productivity, ensure compliance with brand standards, and address guest concerns promptly by escalating complex issues to leadership. Participate in hiring, onboarding, and performance feedback under GM guidance while actively promoting guest engagement and loyalty programs. Work 35+ hours per week with flexible availability, including nights and weekends, to uphold our commitment to fresh, made-to-order food and exceptional service.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of restaurant experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to work 35+ hours per week
- Capable of standing for long periods
- Capable of lifting up to 35 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Prior supervisory or shift lead experience
- College coursework in hospitality or business
- Previous AGM experience
- Comfortable using POS systems
- Willing to learn operational and scheduling software
- Basic skills in spreadsheets, digital checklists, and restaurant management tools
- Willing to assist across all restaurant roles as needed
