Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of restaurant experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Leadership development or supervisory/shift-lead experience preferred
- Willingness to grow into a leadership role
- Ability to work 35+ hours per week with flexible availability (nights/weekends)
- Willing to assist across all restaurant roles as needed
