Job Summary
Assistant General Manager for Schlotzsky’s responsible for guest relations, employee development, and business growth; supports GM in coaching, training, and developing team; participates in hiring and onboarding; leads by example during shifts; manages operations, inventory, food safety, cash handling, and P&L analysis; delivers exceptional guest service with speed and friendliness; proficient with POS and restaurant management tools; willing to assist across all restaurant roles and shifts; 35+ hours/week with nights/weekends. Location: Gilmer, TX (US).
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of restaurant experience required; prior supervisory or shift lead experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in hospitality or business is a plus
