Job Summary
Lead and mentor a team of asset engineers overseeing remote system investigations and performance analysis. Monitor solar PV systems via advanced platforms like VCOM and NetSuite to identify defects and optimization opportunities, then troubleshoot faults and coordinate resolutions. Manage service inquiries, warranty claims, and supplier engagement while overseeing service orders and accurate documentation. Generate performance reports for clients and stakeholders and ensure compliance with O&M contracts and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with subcontractors and internal teams to deliver operational excellence. This role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering and 5+ years of solar asset management experience, with a start date of November 7, 2025, in Eastwood, QC, on a shifting schedule.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience in solar asset management, performance engineering, or O&M
- Knowledge of solar PV systems, monitoring platforms (e.g., VCOM, SCADA), and performance analysis tools (e.g., PVsyst, NetSuite)
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, manage service cases, and oversee reporting requirements
- Good communication skills and strong stakeholder management skills, with experience liaising across suppliers, subcontractors, and clients
- Leadership experience in managing technical teams
- Willing to work on-site in Eastwood, Quezon City
- Amenable to a shifting schedule
