Job Summary
Oversee merchandise shipment to warehouses for RTV and store transfers, retrieving items to fulfill customer locate orders. Reconcile store-to-store transfer documents, shipment manifests, and receiving paperwork per company policy and nightly operations procedures. Enforce loss prevention policies to minimize shrink and execute visual merchandising standards, price adjustments, and compliance maintenance impacting the customer experience. Assume additional management duties in the absence of the Operations Manager, including employee management, stock control, training, and efficiency improvements. Requires flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership ability with at least 1 year of
- Confident and comfortable interacting with employees and providing direction
- Is resourceful and versatile in responding to changing demands and opportunities in a rapidly changing omni-channel retail environment
- Initiates completion of tasks or activities without necessary supervision
- Strong cognitive and mathematical skills, including problem analysis, decision making and financial analysis
- High level of ethics, values, integrity, and trust
- Flexible availability - including nights, weekends, and holidays
