Job Summary
Lead by example on the sales floor with an "Always on, Never no" mindset, coaching the team to deliver great service and share product knowledge. Manage daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and floor coverage while following safety and loss prevention procedures. Serve as Manager on Duty when scheduled, providing direction and supporting hiring, onboarding, and training of store associates. Address issues immediately to maintain standards and leverage retail technology to enhance the customer experience. Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays to help drive sales results and keep the store running strong.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership or key‐holding role
- Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable, self‐motivated, and ready to take ownership
- Basic understanding of retail KPIs and operational processes
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Key Holder, Supervisor, or Assistant Manager
- Experience in a fast‐paced or high‐volume retail environment
- Interest in pursuing long‐term career growth in retail leadership
