Job Summary
Oversee merchandise shipments to warehouses for RTV and store transfers, retrieving stock to fulfill customer locate orders. Reconcile store-to-store transfer documents, manifests, and receiving paperwork per company policy. Enforce loss prevention policies to minimize shrink and execute visual merchandising standards, price adjustments, and compliance to maintain customer experience. Provide direction to employees, manage training, and assume additional management duties in the absence of the Operations Manager. Requires at least one year of leadership experience and flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership ability with at least 1 year of
- Confident and comfortable interacting with employees and providing direction
- Is resourceful and versatile in responding to changing demands and opportunities in a rapidly changing omni-channel retail environment
- Initiates completion of tasks or activities without necessary supervision
- Strong cognitive and mathematical skills, including problem analysis, decision making and financial analysis
- High level of ethics, values, integrity, and trust
