Job Summary
Lead the sales floor with an "Always on, Never no" mindset, coaching the team on product knowledge and driving conversion through direct customer engagement. Manage daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and floor coverage while adhering to safety and loss prevention protocols. Serve as Manager on Duty to provide clear direction, support hiring and onboarding, and address performance gaps in real time. Maintain high standards for store execution and utilize retail technology to enhance the customer experience. This hands-on leadership role is essential for delivering a great customer experience and supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales goals within a fast-paced sneaker culture environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership or key holding role
- Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable, self motivated, and ready to take ownership
- Basic understanding of retail KPIs and operational processes
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Key Holder, Supervisor, or Assistant Manager
- Experience in a fast paced or high volume retail environment
