Job Summary
Lead by example on the sales floor with an "Always on, Never no" mindset, bringing energy and solutions to every customer interaction. Coach the team to deliver great service, share product knowledge, and support sales goals by staying engaged to close the loop with customers. Manage daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and floor coverage while following safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures. Serve as Manager on Duty when scheduled, providing confident leadership and clear direction. Support hiring, onboarding, and training of store associates, coaching teammates in real time to recognize wins and address performance gaps. Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership or key‐holding role
- Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable, self‐motivated, and ready to take ownership
- Basic understanding of retail KPIs and operational processes
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Key Holder, Supervisor, or Assistant Manager
- Experience in a fast‐paced or high‐volume retail environment
- Interest in pursuing long‐term career growth in retail leadership
