Job Summary
Lead by example on the sales floor with an "Always on, Never no" mindset, coaching the team to deliver great service and share product knowledge. Manage daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and floor coverage while maintaining safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures. Serve as Manager on Duty when scheduled, supporting hiring, onboarding, and training of store associates while addressing issues to maintain high standards. Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays at a rate of $18.50 per hour plus bonus incentives.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership or key holding role
- Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable, self motivated, and ready to take ownership
- Basic understanding of retail KPIs and operational processes
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Key Holder, Supervisor, or Assistant Manager
- Experience in a fast paced or high volume retail environment
- Interest in pursuing long term career growth in retail leadership
