Job Summary
Lead the sales floor with an "Always on, Never no" mindset, coaching associates on product knowledge and driving conversion through strong floor engagement. Manage daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and floor coverage while adhering to safety and loss prevention protocols. Serve as Manager on Duty to provide clear direction, support associate hiring and training, and address issues to maintain high operational standards. Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays to support store execution and sales goals.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership or key holding role
- Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable, self motivated, and ready to take ownership
- Basic understanding of retail KPIs and operational processes
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Key Holder, Supervisor, or Assistant Manager
- Experience in a fast paced or high volume retail environment
- Interest in pursuing long term career growth in retail leadership
