Job Summary
Lead by example on the sales floor with an "Always on, Never no" mindset, coaching the team to deliver great service and share product knowledge. Manage daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and floor coverage while maintaining safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures. Serve as Manager on Duty when scheduled, support hiring and onboarding of store associates, and coach teammates in real time to recognize wins and close performance gaps. Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays to drive sales results and ensure the store runs smoothly.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership or key holding role
- Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable, self motivated, and ready to take ownership
- Basic understanding of retail KPIs and operational processes
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Key Holder, Supervisor, or Assistant Manager
- Experience in a fast paced or high volume retail environment
- Interest in pursuing long term career growth in retail leadership
