Job Summary
Lead the sales floor with an "Always on, Never no" mindset, coaching the team on product knowledge and closing sales while managing daily operations like opening, closing, and cash handling. Serve as Manager on Duty, support hiring and onboarding, and address issues to maintain high standards and store execution. Drive store sales and conversion through strong floor leadership while ensuring safety, loss prevention, and adherence to standard operating procedures. Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays to keep the store organized and customer ready.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership or key holding role
- Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable, self motivated, and ready to take ownership
- Basic understanding of retail KPIs and operational processes
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Key Holder, Supervisor, or Assistant Manager
- Experience in a fast paced or high volume retail environment
