Job Summary
Lead by example on the sales floor with an "Always on, Never no" mindset, coaching the team to deliver great service and product knowledge while supporting sales goals through direct floor engagement. Manage daily store operations including opening and closing, cash handling, and floor coverage, ensuring the store remains organized and running smoothly by following safety and loss prevention procedures. Serve as Manager on Duty when scheduled, providing confident leadership and clear direction while supporting hiring, onboarding, and training of store associates. Coach teammates in real time to recognize wins and address performance gaps, leveraging retail technology to enhance the customer experience and enable associates. Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays to help drive store sales and conversion through strong floor leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership or key holding role
- Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable, self motivated, and ready to take ownership
- Basic understanding of retail KPIs and operational processes
- Must be available for flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Key Holder, Supervisor, or Assistant Manager
- Experience in a fast paced or high volume retail environment
- Interest in pursuing long term career growth in retail leadership
