Job Summary
Lead the sales floor with an "Always on, Never no" mindset, coaching associates on product knowledge and closing sales while managing daily operations like opening, closing, and cash handling. Serve as Manager on Duty to provide clear direction, support hiring and training of new associates, and address issues to maintain high standards. Utilize retail technology to enable teammates and ensure safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures are followed. Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays to drive store sales and conversion.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership or key holding role
- Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable, self motivated, and ready to take ownership
- Basic understanding of retail KPIs and operational processes
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Key Holder, Supervisor, or Assistant Manager
- Experience in a fast paced or high volume retail environment
- Interest in pursuing long term career growth in retail leadership
