Job Summary
Oversee assigned food and beverage and culinary operations, maintaining standards and meeting financial goals. Create and nurture a property environment emphasizing motivation, empowerment, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Provide excellent customer service to all employees and guests, responding quickly and proactively to their concerns. Use coaching skills to motivate staff and encourage them to solve guest and employee-related issues. Take ownership of guest complaints or problems until resolved, ensuring satisfaction and developing relationships to build repeated clientele. Comply with corporate accounting procedures and assist the General Manager with annual quality audits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 3 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
- 1 year experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
