Job Summary
Develop restaurant management and hourly staff to increase sales and improve profitability while ensuring guest satisfaction and cultural integrity. Work directly with the GM to build a culture of excellence, evaluate tasks, delegate to line crew, and accomplish daily goals. Ensure customer satisfaction by emphasizing production details, making food to spec, maintaining proper food safety, cleanliness, and atmosphere. Set pars for food, beverage, paper, and eliminate waste. Assist in training and leading all team members in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must have High School Diploma or equivalent
- Self-motivated with a friendly, out-going attitude
- Effectively able to train and lead all team members
- Has experience providing excellent customer service, with a sense of urgency, in a fast-paced environment
