Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager, traveling across multiple Indiana stores within a defined territory, with a focus on mentoring and training others. Responsibilities include acting as the Manager on Duty for the location, ensuring proper staffing and prioritization of work, demonstrating merchandising skills across all categories, maintaining dry grocery presentation and on-shelf availability, assessing store status (shelves, holes, signage) and deploying resources, assisting with scheduling to support daily requirements within budget, and maintaining a clean backroom with accurate balance on hand. This role requires reliable attendance, travel to different store locations within area stores, and in-person work with no remote option. High School diploma or GED is required, 2-5 years of supervisory/leadership experience preferred, and open availability for weekday/weekend/holiday shifts.
