Job Summary
Oversees the receiving, unpacking, and organizing of stock; manages store displays and signage updates; handles opening/closing procedures including cash security and alarms; serves as Manager on Duty for store operations and staff oversight; guides daily activities of associates, delivers onboarding and ongoing training, drives sales through merchandising and customer service, and ensures adherence to inventory integrity procedures and corporate guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
